It's not easy.

There are four major causes of the dark circle.

First, pigment.

If you had atopic or allergic conjunctivitis at your childhood,

and you often rub under your eyes habitually

This is a real pigmentation.

So, if you get three to five pigment laser treatments under your eyes, it will improve.

Second, blood vessel.

The skin under the eyes is very thin.
